Question...

Did you see the fabulous outfit that Lady Gaga wore to the Inaugural? One couldn't help but notice the over-sized "Dove of Peace" brooch  (shown at left) that she wore and I have to say I was inspired by that piece! Not only because I like brooches and think they are making a comeback in the fashion world, but the concept of peace which is so vital to living a quality life struck a cord. And now that I'm bead-embroidering again, what better project than the creation of a rendition on this theme. I’m almost finished with this project and hope to have cutouts, a tutorial, and kits listed in my Etsy shop by next week. Stay tuned!
