Faux Bone_On the Mend_Brooch

heart was pressed in a ½” thick die just a bit too much resulting in a lengthwise split smack down the center! Well, when life hands you lemons, you make lemonade. With the addition of polymer clay, Faux Bone™, rivets, silver wire, and  bronze sheet metal, I salvaged this piece and created a brooch. A happy accident indeed! It turned out to be far more interesting than the original design I had in mind!
