Charming

I so enjoy stitching beaded bezels around crystals and stones!  There is something so satisfying about the process.  Taking a beautiful shiny crystal and encasing it in rows of lovely Delicas and seed beads just makes my heart sing!  Here is a photo of  my "Crystal Charm Drop" necklace.  A tiny bronze metal clay heart dangles from two Swarovski crystal rivolis and slides  along an Ndebele stitched rope which is finished with a fine silver metal clay toggle clasp.  I've made the bail long enough to slide off the rope.  This gives me the option of  replacing it with other charms and fobs.  And here's a real plus...the rope is just the right length to wrap around my wrist thrice, which allows me to wear  it as a bracelet!  Super fashion mileage!
