ORDERING INFORMATION:

Please contact me with your purchase request.  I will then e-mail you regarding item availability.  I accept PayPal which is a secure checkout method. You do not need a PayPal account to order - PayPal will process your credit card without requiring registration. A PayPal invoice including the total amount of the purchase and shipping plus insurance will be sent to you. Applicable sales tax will be added for items shipped within the state of Illinois. Follow the PayPal instructions for sending payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received or verified.  I do not accept checks or money orders. At this time, I ship only to locations within the United States.

$200.01 - $300	$4.70	$600.01 + add $1 per $100 over $600 declared value.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS:
A 50% deposit is required when a custom or commissioned piece is ordered. Please allow two to four weeks for completion, whereupon balance is due.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES:
All work is carefully made by hand from quality materials. If, however, a repair becomes necessary due to a design flaw or technical malfunction, it will be done at no charge. Repairs related to misuse or improper care will be done for a reasonable charge, plus shipping and insurance. Unworn pieces in perfect condition, with the designer tag intact, may be exchanged or returned within fifteen days of receipt, less shipping and insurance charges. Please email me for a return validation number before returning any item for any reason. All returns must be insured for their full retail value.
