ORDERING INFORMATION:
Please contact me with your purchase request.  I will then e-mail you regarding item availability.  A PayPal invoice including the total amount of the purchase, a shipping/handling fee of $5, plus insurance will be sent to you. Applicable sales tax will be added for items shipped within the state of Illinois. Follow the PayPal instructions for sending payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received or verified.  At this time, I ship only to locations within the United States.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS:
A 50% deposit is required when a custom or commissioned piece is ordered. Please allow two to four weeks for completion, whereupon balance is due.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES:
All work is carefully made by hand from quality materials. If, however, a repair becomes necessary due to a design flaw or technical malfunction, it will be done at no charge. Repairs related to misuse or improper care will be done for a reasonable charge, plus shipping. Unworn pieces in perfect condition, with the designer tag intact, may be exchanged or returned within fifteen days of receipt, less shipping and insurance charges. Please email me for a return validation number before returning any item for any reason. All returns must be insured for their full retail value.
